Balanced Life Counseling expresses our values and philosophy.  We believe there is a natural lifelong striving to keep our lives stable and in harmony.  Yet, sometimes due to events, past or present, our lives get out of balances becoming chaotic, depressing and sad, often leaving us with a sense of being out of control.

Our holistic approach to counseling includes :

PHYSICAL –  teaching the importance of maintaining a healthy diet and exercise routine.

EMOTIONAL– teaching productive ways of coping with life’s roller coaster rides.

MENTAL–  teaching strong techniques will keep the mind focused on positive, helpful and productive ways to deal with events in one’s life.

SPIRITUAL – at BLC we believe this is an area of great importance in gaining and maintaing a person’s overall balance.
